Rumsfeld
There is a video clip of Rumsfeld at National Review discussing MoDo. He dismisses her as cynical. He is right.
In the interest of full disclosure, I am a Rumsfeld fan. He made mistakes, he pissed a ton of people off, but he shook up the Pentagon and made a lasting, positive impression on DOD.
