Today's Required Reading

This WSJ editorial on the release of previously-classified CIA "torture" technique info is one of those pieces that has made me change my daily commuter prayer from "Lord, please don't let us suffer another attack" to "Lord, if I am to die in the next attack, please let it be as quick and painless as possible."

I have no problems that CIA waterboarded a whopping total of 3 suspected terrorists, and put a number of others in 'stress' positions.

The leftwingnuts on "torture" remind me of the 'human shields' Saddam's forces were hiding behind in 2003...

The problem is that the left, at least those on the left who still pretend to give a damn about fighting terrorists, still think "Admissible in court", whereas we're thinking "Actionable".
