Random Commuter Observation
March hasn't come in to Dee Cee like a lion this year, it's come like a jeezly polar bear!

March has been unseasonably pleasant here so far. But that's deceptive -- normally starting in mid-February, we experience what I call "False Spring": the weather clears and gets warm, the sun comes out, and I always get my hopes up, just to have them dashed come March. Heck, even the daffodils get fooled. But this year it didn't start until later in February, and even now it's not as warm as it USUALLY gets -- and they're predicting real March weather by weekend.
