Llone Star Llama Blegging
I have to go to Texas next week, hitting Dallas, San Antonio and Houston in rapid succession.
Travel usually wears me out. Plus, I hate eating alone in public. So I may well wind up hiding in my hotel and ordering room service each night. Nonetheless, any recommendations about good foody spots would be appreciated. Specifically, what's the best Tex-Mex down on the Riverwalk these days?
Yip! Yip!
Posted by Robert at January 3, 2008 01:12 PM | TrackBackHaven't been in San Antonio in 6 years or so. Can't tell you. But if you happen to be in Fort Worth, try Joe T. Garcia's. Specifically for the Mex side of the equation.
Joe T.'s is great. In San Antonio, skip Riverwalk and head to Southtown (http://www.texasmonthly.com/preview/2006-06-01/streetsmarts).
Enjoy!
Casa Rio, as always. (across from the Hilton and Dirty Nelly's)
