Paris Hilton’s lawyers are furiously working to appeal her jail sentence, but being appealing has never been her forte.

Apparently there's an online petition to keep her from jail, in part because she:

"provides hope for young people all over the US and the world. She provides beauty and excitement to (most of) our otherwise mundane lives,"

Yes, hope that you too could be an outlandishly wealthy heiress and turn into a skank.

Would that a judge could sentence her to 5 years in prison, on grounds of saving the rest of us from reports of such a vacuous life.
