T-1--she proved she had what it takes to take Arnold off the board by the end of the movie. Buff is nice but not if it means she is nuts.

The question is wrongly phrased. You see in T2 she is buff - but really sane. Sane because she acutally does know the future. She would be psycho if she just thought she knew the future.
