As a volunteer EMT, I had a Canadian patient who was traveling through my small town on his way to Florida, when he developed persistent chest pain. Long story short, he and his wife were tranported to the to local hospital, where he was given front of the line treatment as a potiential cardiac case.

Said Canadian was bug-eyed and practically gushing at the cleanliness over our ER, and the friendliness of everyone (EMTs, techs & nurses) telling us over and over how lucky we were to have such a facility. I guess Michael "more, please" Moore missed that one....Better yet, when Moore gets sick, we'll see if HE goes north of the border...
