Question: is it just me, or is Nicholson preparing for a very special episode of The Shield as Detective Vic Mackey's dad?

Mock the Mackey at your own peril. Just to be safe I'm gonna stay away for the next couple of days. Really, it's kind of funny how he went from the pudgy and sensitive Commish to the pudgy and sensitive scarf-knitter in Soldier to.....Vic Mackey. Hell of a show with a hell of a cast.
