Reaffirming my faith in Baseball, hot dogs, apple pie, Chevrolet, and sticking the moonbats in the eye with a rusty BBQ fork

Walmart launches voter registration drive.

Somehow, I don't think a counter-mobilization effort at the Whole Foods will have the same impact.

There already is a counter-mobilization effort at Whole Paycheck. You can't enter the confounded place without dodging a battalion of signature-gatherers, who always precede their pathetic pitch with, "Are you a registered voter?" If you say no, then they eagerly attempt to sign you up. (I always tell them that I'm from out of state, which shuts them up quickly; I don't have time to argue when a bowl of organic chili beckons.)

Of course this doesn't mean that Wal-Mart won't kick their ass. Most of the folks attending Whole Paycheck are either already registered moonbats, or else they're ideologically opposed to the U.S. democratic system and won't vote because they fear it is a mark of approval for The System. But there remain rich veins of untapped voterdom among Wal-Mart denizens.

So Steve, how many people did you see at Whole Foods last time you were there? And how are those carob tofu kiddie treats?

Hey, I'm a Kroeger guy myself.
