Falling gas prices

Prices are dropping and may hit $2.10 per gallon by winter according to USA Today. Give it a few weeks and the Lefties will start accusing Big Oil, Darth Rove, Cheney, and Halliburton of manipulating the price to swing the fall elections, particularly if the Dems chancing of taking one or both houses of Congress deteriorate.

I have already heard this. At the gas pump no less. The woman pumping gas next to me yesterday said, "it's nice to see gas prices coming down, even if it's only because Bush wants to be re-elected." I tried to respond but really, where would you even start to respond to something like that?

That sounds like another one of those Afflack ducks meets Yogi Berra moments. Yogi's in the barbershop, interspersing the virtues of Afflack with his yogisms, and the duck winds up totally flabbergasted.
