Busy Day: Busy Weekend

So Sunday is Father's Day. And Monday happens to be my thirteenth wedding anniversary. Time to enjoy the family and do something special with the Missus, right?

Wrong. Starting tomorrow, I'm going to be out of town taking furshlugginer depositions and won't be back till late Monday night.

[Insert sound of grumbling here.]

UPDATE: And it looks as if I'm going to be taking the laptop this time, which I try to avoid whenever possible. One more furshlugginer bag to have to haul all over the place.

[Insert sound of more grumbling here.]

If you ever get sent to Nashville for depositions, you know you must come visit us.

As for depositions themselves -- my husband is having to defend one today and he has absolutely no voice. Maybe he'll make some little signs to hold up for objections.

Poor guy. He should just kick opposing counsel when necessary.

But at least he doesn't have to defend one on Saturday, which I do owing to scheduling issues. Bleh.

I delight in your misery. I can't help it, it physically manifests in a little pleasurable tingle in my Coccyx.

I think you've got that wrong, Bill. The coccyx rarely emits a pleasureable tingle. Hence what really saying is that Robbo's misery is a real pain in your ass.

I really don't want to know how that works.

Well I'm just happy he takes an interest, since everybody knows that the real opposite of love isn't hate but indifference.
