From the Mos Eisley Cantina

Bush '41 wants to melt a South American glacier to get at the gold beneath it, thanks to one of the conspiracy nutcases at The Daily Kos. I am not making this up.

The moonbats will believe anything. George Bush the Elder has got enough money. Like he would give a crap about what's under a glacier in Chile.

Here's the the solution to the ignorance.

(a) private schools (obviously, the public ones aren't hitting the target)
(b) a traditional liberal arts education.

To paraphrase Justice Thomas, the most valuable part of a good education is the ability to think for yourself.

Then a traditional liberal arts education won't cut it, becuse it's partially due to the glut of English Majors that the education system got so screwed up in the first place.

There is only one area of human endeavor that requires actually trying to set up experiments to try to disprove your own pet theories - science. And even science has been undermined in certain highly polticized fields of study.

PASCUA LAMA is the project's name? So what is the Butchers' cut? The deliberate misspelling of Llama is a poor misdirection.

It's a real project: just Googled it. I don't know about Bush Sr. being a member of the Corp. and I don't for sure about the contamination but when is mining ever "clean"?

Ignorance? Stupidity is the problem here and some of the dumbest people I have ever met have the best educations money can buy. What good is an education without that little thing called understanding? Eduction does not equate to wisdom or intelligence! (That reads better if the 'not' is in italic- use your imagination.)

Enough money? That's the silliest thing I have ever heard. You never have enough money. That's why 60% of this nation's wealth is held by 1% of the population (note: not an exact figure).
