In re The Case of Incipient Verbal Diarrhea

Ha, ha.

Boy, you take a deposition in Texas, you better be ready to rumble.

Yips! to the Galley Slaves.

UPDATE: Professor Bainbridge has more on Joe Jamail, the Texas-sized jackass lawyer here. Turns out this isn't his first brush with verbal diarrhea.

holy crap. I would have loved to see more of that. Too bad litigation isn't usually that entertaining...

Saw that a couple of days ago. I figure that must date from the mid-80's or maybe the early 90's, before the bench started cracking down on fun like that. Litigation used to be so much more interesting, so much more of a contact sport, you know? I like it much less now.

What a great example of the Texas legal profession at its finest.

(gag).

Insipient verbal diarrhea.

I LOVE IT! I'm so using that in my verbal discourse today.

Bwahahahaha!!

P.S. RP? I don't know what sort of law ya'll practice in that fancy-schmancy New Yawrk Citay, but in Texas, they get down and dirty like this quite frequently. At least . . .

Aw hell. It's been a long time since I've been back.
