David Bowie has been dead to me since he starred in a Pepsi commercial with Tina Turner. He was the first of the holy trinity to die, but Lou Reed (American Express) and Iggy Pop (Carnival Cruises) followed shortly after. Bruce Lee (and his son Brandon) were mercifully spared such humiliation.
