Coincidentally, this is at the same time that they're working on another travesty remake of a Donald Belisario show, Miami Vice.

Like I said at Vulture's Row, Hollywood is full of drool-cup morons who hate all that is good and are hell bent on destroying my childhood.

The only possible replacement for Tom Selleck is Tom Selleck's moustache. If the moustache signs on, then I'm all for it. Otherwise, no dice.

Being a loyal fan of the series (Do you remember when Magnum (ex-Navy SEAL) shot "Ivan"?), I will boycott the movie on principle. No doubt it would be a PC travesty of the original.
