Wow. I have never been to Hawaii, nor have I ever seen a photograph of the U.S.S. Arizona Memorial quite like this one - the ghost of the ship just below the surface is positively haunting.

Remember and honor, indeed.

Oil from the battleship's fuel bunkers still bubbles up. The lore is that the seepage will stop when the last of Arizona's survivors dies.

My husband has been to Pearl Harbor (he was just there in March) and he said it was very awe inspiring and humbling.

Oh, he has such a hard life as a National Guardsman...
