Gratuitous Domestic Posting (TM)

Not my own, this time. Instead, I read with wonder and sympathy Chris of the Big Yellow House's Homeric account of a trip to the grocery store with seven kids.

Now most of the shopping in our family is handled by the Butcher's Wife. But I think I speak for her when I say that I have only three words in response to this epic: Peapod, thank God.

Yips! to Jordana.

I wish we had grocery delivery services available here in Nashville. The only one around here is exclusively organic stuff and I have no desire to buy only organic foods.

I don't blame you. We still have to hit the store in person if we want to buy steaks that we care about, but for pure bulk stuff, the delivery is a life-saver.
