Practical Applications for Useless Pets

I like Kathy the Cake-Eater's husband's views on cats. Seems like a sensible fellah.

Hmmm...my pop psychoanalysis of men who hate cats is that they fear strong women. It was just one of my handy assessment tools in the world of collegiate dating. DH doesn't hate cats, then again, we don't have any.

Naaaaaaw....Between my mother, my sister, my wife and the Llama-ettes, I'm pretty cool with strong women. And one enormous advantage they have over cats is that the women usually don't throw up on one's nice rugs.

Sparky, I LOVE strong women. My fantasy list is full of them! First, of course, is the most brilliant, most powerful woman on earth: My Bride (a.k.a. Kathy the Cake Eater).

So, even if I'm only the exception that proves the rule you've got to remember: hatred of cats does not necessarily equal a fear of strong women.

(Although now that I think about it, there are times when I genuinely fear Kathy...Hmmm.)

By the way, I got this from my buddy Shaddam (Go Air Force!) on one of our gaming guild sites.

Note, however, admitting he has a fantasy list on a public blog isn't one of the times he genuinely fears me.

Hmmmmm. Telling.

Perhaps I should do something about that?
