Somewhat O/T, a while back I was re-watching the BBC "I,Claudius" mini-series and was surprised to realize that Sejanus, the oily head of Tiberius' secret police, was played by a much younger Patrick Stewart. It was like one of those episodes of the original Star Trek where Kirk and Spock wind up in an alternate universe and you get to see them wearing Nazi uniforms.

Yes, and I always suspected Stewart's curly hair in that role.

BTW, he also had a bit part in the movie Excalibur, playing Guenevire's father, as I recall. I think he was bald in that one except for a small top-knot.
