Graphic novel, indeed. So when did she suddenly morph into an anime babe? And why?

Seriously, one of the most disturbing sights I ever witnessed was a balding Salaryman reading a graphically sexual knock-off (or is that knock-up?) of "Sailor Moon" on the Odakyu Line.
