The New Llama Look....
...is on its way this weekend. Do not be alarmed. Do not attempt to adjust your computer.
That is all.
UPDATE: I unveiled the new design to the Missus just now. She laughed and called it great. Good enough for me.
YIPS from Steve: YEAH, BAY-BEE!!! Let it rip, Phin!
Man, are WE going to get sued!
Who'll be done up in drag? Or are you remaining true to form, making my previous question moot?
/woot!
Posted by: TC@LeatherPenguin at July 8, 2005 12:13 PMYAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!
'Cause ya know...this purple does look a little bit 'gay'......heh.
Posted by: sadie at July 8, 2005 01:07 PMI've been told pink is the new brown....
Sure I was told that by a sales person at Express for Men, but you can look manly in pink I promise.
Posted by: phin at July 8, 2005 02:03 PMSaw-weet! This new look is outstanding! Yip yip yip!
Posted by: Gordon at July 8, 2005 10:28 PMI did a double take when I came in -- The white on black, the godfather Llama -- my god, it is a thing of beauty. Profane, unholy beauty.
I see an I.E. issue with the right border; the center panel overlaps it a little. I'm in I.E. 6 at 1024*768 screen res.
Beautiful work, phin.
Posted by: The Colossus at July 8, 2005 10:28 PMScales perfectly at 1152*864 in I.E., but my eyes aren't getting any younger.
Up to you, but it seems a bit aggressive to me from a technology standpoint. I know folks who complain when the common standard went from 800*600 to 1024*768.
I love the look, though. Elegant and menacing.
Posted by: The Colossus at July 8, 2005 10:35 PMLooks really nice. Of course I say that only because Steve held a gun to my head and said either my brains or my comment would be on this post. He's a blogger you can't refuse.
Posted by: dorkafork at July 9, 2005 01:57 AMThe hiccup should be taken care of. IE can be a bear at times with their style sheet compliance. However with help of a sacrificial of a goat and the waving a couple of chicken bones the template was "persuaded" to cooperate.
I'm gonna miss that goat.
Posted by: phin at July 9, 2005 02:54 PMMmmmmmmm.....goat.
