it seems to one that mankind (oh all right, womankind too) is roughly divided between the janes and the oprahs, the iron dukes and and the phil donahues; is this phenomenon largely a matter of nature or nurture, wd one think?
it is one's own opinion that people are born pre-disposed across a bell-curve towards one pole
